Shaker MDF door and drawer fronts
Purchase several shaker style door and door fronts MDF material. All arrived in excellent condition to exact measurements I gave. Craftsmanship was better than expected. The MDF portion was the center but the outside framing is a good solid wood. Would definitely order again. Highly recommended. Used Zinsser oil primer Then INSL-X cabinet paint by Benjamin Moore. Would recommend that also. You have to use several coats and lightly sand between coats , but it levels out well to hide brush and roller marks. It’s not perfect, but the best I’ve used if not spraying. Used a Kreg concealed hinge jig to drill the holes for the door hinges. That worked extremely well. Would recommend this as well. Set it to the 4 mm setting if you have a half inch overlap.
