What happens after I place my order? After placing your order it goes right into production and you will receive an email confirmation. Carefully read your confirmation to make sure your order was submitted correctly. If there are any problems, contact us immediately. If you do not receive a confirmation email, check your spam folder. If you still don't have it, call us immediately. There may have been a transmission glitch. Our customer service representatives will be able to help you out. Don't submit a new order form without calling us first!
Be sure to double check your order before submitting it. Keep in mind that we read cabinet door sizes "width x height" and that orders should be ordered to the nearest 1/16".
We have a fast turnaround time and usually build your order within 6-10 business days and then ship them out to you. All orders are processed immediately upon payment, so changes ARE NOT possible after your order has been placed. If you notice an error on your confirmation, contact us immediately. If we are able to change or alter your order before it has been started, you may be charged a $25 alteration fee.

How can I order different Left and Right Preboring holes for the same size doors? To order doors of the same size with different L/R specifications simply add each door to your cart separately. *Specifying left or right is only required for Arched doors.

How do I save my cart? To save your cart for payment at a later date follow these instructions. Go through checkout as you would normally. On the last step of checkout where you would normally enter your credit card information, simply click "Cancel". Your Cart contents are now saved in the system. To pay for your order later, visit the "My Account" page, find your order and click the payment button. Return to your Cart.
