Billing & Payment Questions

We take all major credit cards and email your receipt directly to you. If you have specific questions contact us online or by phone.

Email Confirmations Confirmations and receipts are sent directly to the email you provided to us. If you do not receive a confirmation email check your junk or spam folder.

Payment Security uses the Address Verification System (AVS) to verify the address of a person claiming to own a credit card. If your card does not match your billing address then payment will be declined. If your bank is showing pending charges, you will need to call your bank to release the funds back into your account.

Updating Your Billing Information Your billing address can be updated/edited in two places: •During Checkout on Step 1 (click Update Billing Information) •On your My Account page (click on Account Information). There you can update or change your Bill To Information.

Shipping Destinations Shipping addresses can be anywhere in the US, and do not need to be the same as the billing address. You can add as many shipping addresses as you need in your My Account page, then just select the one you would like the order shipped to during Checkout.
