Shipping and Delivery

Free ground shipping is always available for any order over $150 within the US, excluding Alaska and Hawai'i. All orders are typically processed in 6-10 business days and then shipped out to you to ensure speedy delivery. To ensure accurate lead times please email, chat, or call our sales team.

Shipping Methods:

Delivery: We offer delivery on order addresses within our delivery area. Check with your Customer Service Representative to verify if you are in one of our delivery areas.

UPS: For small to mid-size orders outside our delivery area within the U.S. we can schedule delivery on UPS.

Common Carrier: For large orders outside our delivery area we schedule common carrier delivery (U.S. only).

We take care of all shipping arrangements, and will notify you by which method your order is being delivered as well as delivery times if necessary. Please note that someone will need to accept your order at time of delivery, and common carriers will charge a fee if you miss your delivery time.

Order Notifications: Once you place your order you will receive the following email notifications regarding your order status:

Processing - This status is used when the order is initially placed.

In production - This status indicates that the factory has begun building your order. This will take approximately 6-10 business days to complete. For more up to date lead times please email, chat, or call our sales team.

Shipped - This status indicates that your order has been shipped. We do our best to include tracking information in this notification, although it is not always possible.

Delivered - This status indicates that your order has been delivered. Please help us improve our business by answering our brief customer survey attached to this notification.

Updating Your Shipping Information Your billing address can be updated/edited in two places:

  • During Checkout on Step 1 (click Update Billing Information)
  • On your My Account page (click on Account Information). There you can update or change your Shipping Information.

Shipping addresses can be anywhere in the U.S, and do not need to be the same as the billing address. You can add as many shipping addresses as you need in your My Account page, then just select the one you would like the order shipped to during Checkout.

Frequently Asked Questions

How are the Cabinet Doors and Drawer Fronts Packaged? We package our product according to size, weight and fragility. Our packaging specifications exceed UPS standards to safeguard against potential damage. Please contact our Customer Service team for any special freight specifications.

What if I receive the wrong item? Upon receiving your order, check that the condition of your cabinet doors is acceptable, and the quantity and sizes of your cabinet doors agree with your order. Please contact Customer Service immediately.

What if my order is damaged or defective? If your order's outer packaging is damaged, bring this to the carrier's attention immediately and save the packaging in case a damage claim is required.

If your product arrives damaged, contact Customer Service immediately.

Your warranty will be voided if the cabinet doors or drawer fronts have been finished, hinged, or hung. Your doors and drawers are also ineligible for a refund if they show signs of exposure to the elements or if they are modified.

If I miss the delivery are there re-delivery fees? Please be advised that some delivery services will contact you prior to the delivery. To ensure you do not miss your delivery make sure your primary and secondary phone numbers are correct. If they are unable to reach you by the phone numbers provided, they will not deliver your order. Freight companies will charge $100 per day to store your order. Customers are responsible for these additional charges. These fees will only be charged if the original delivery was unsuccessful between the hours of 7:00am - 4:30pm on your normal delivery day(s). If attempts are made to deliver outside these hours or on a day other than your designated delivery day, there may be no charge for the re-delivery and the cost of regular deliveries may remain the same.

Why is the estimated shipping lower/higher than the actual shipping charges? The estimated shipping function was created to allow people to gain a general idea of shipping charges without creating an account. Once the system knows the shipping address, the charges often increase. Shipping fees using your actual address are accurate, and include handling and packaging charges.

Which door styles require additional delivery time? There are several factors that impact delivery time, such as wood type, door size, non-standard options, etc. Some cabinet door styles require up to 15 days additional delivery time, other styles are much faster. Once you know what cabinet door style and wood type you are interested in we can provide a more accurate delivery time estimate. We are happy to answer any delivery questions you might have.

Will Holidays Affect the Delivery Schedule? Holidays which will affect our delivery schedule are:

  • Good Friday
  • Memorial Day
  • Independence Day
  • Labor Day

Our offices will be closed on:

  • Thanksgiving Day
  • Day After Thanksgiving
  • Christmas Eve
  • Christmas Day
  • New Year's Day

Please place your orders early and allow additional lead time when placing orders near these dates.
