EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE
Josh followed up my order with a phone call AND an email to make sure everything went okay. The order was perfect, but when we ran into a problem later with one of the doors, he was awesome when I had to re-order. Note to customers who have older homes: Figure out what kind of hinges you are going to use BEFORE you order your cupboards. We have a home that was built in 1922 and the cupboards are inset. We found we could not use the new type of hinge with these. Re ruined one of the cabinets we ordered by trying to drill in one of the modern hinges. Josh was super when I had to replace it. If you need the old fashioned ball hinge, I suggest HardwareSource.com (https://www.hardwaresource.com/contact-us). They charge a NORMAL price for these. Some folks now consider them antique and charge and arm and a leg. So, the other thing, if you want new cabinet faces, don't just measure your old cabinets and go with that. Consider everything first and what kind of finish you want on the edges of your cabinet. Cabinet Door Mart is outstanding and will answer any questions you have! My new cabinet covers look great!

Extremely affordable cabinet update solutions, superb customer service
We ordered several replacement "thermafoil" call and asked for color samples of "white", samples were received within one week. Order was placed, and unfortunately, I did not catch the four or five of the cabinet doors that I ordered had a different color number. Customer service notified me, asking if order was correct. Thanks to their employee who caught the error, all doors were produced in color that was intended without delay. Door arrived individually wrapped for protection, and within 10 days of order being placed. I have already recommended this company to a craftsman who was pleasantly surprised and helped replace the doors, and a realtor, so that he can recommend your company to others who are in need of replacement kitchen cabinets doors instead of replacening cabinets.
