Replacement / Return Policy

 

If your merchandise purchased from Now Build Inc. or its affiliates arrives defective or damaged a replacement will be issued. Any and all replacements require prior-approval. Claims on any order or material discrepancies must be made within 3 days of receipt of order and prior to INSTALLATION, HINGING, HANGING, or FINISHING. Products must be inspected upon receipt. For custom made products, our policy covers doors, drawer fronts and drawer boxes in an unfinished state, with the exception of RTF doors, and in good condition, as originally delivered F.O.B. from our factory. Any variation from our normal construction specifications is not guaranteed, i.e., reducing the thickness of the panel or frames or any height over 48". A warp or twist of 3/16" of an inch or less is not considered a defect. A twist is measured by placing the face of the door against a true plane surface. Doors are manufactured to the nearest 1/16th of an inch. There is a 1/16th tolerance for all doors and drawer fronts. For a ll merchandise purchased from Now Build Inc., defects or damaged material must be reported within 3 business days of receipt. Please complete a "Defective/Damaged Material" report completely, by clicking the link below, to notify us of the defective or damaged material. You will receive an email with the authorization, and instructions for your replacements. If a replacement item is not available a refund may be authorized.

In the event that a mistake has been made on the order, Now Build Inc. or its affiliates will do everything in our power to correct the mistake, which may cause delays to the order and the customer's project. Now Build Inc. or its affiliates are not responsible for any delays or subsequent damages or delays as a result of a remake, replacement or problem order. If you experience a problem with your cabinet door or drawer front order we may work at correcting the issue with a local cabinet shop. If the issue is not able to be corrected we will process a replacement product for you.

Custom Made Cabinet Doors, Drawer Fronts, Drawer Boxes

ALL CUSTOM MADE CABINET DOORS, DRAWER FRONTS, AND DRAWER BOXES ARE NON-RETURNABLE. Due to the custom nature of our product ABSOLUTELY NO CHANGES, ALTERATIONS, or CANCELLATIONS will made once the order has been placed.

If you are unsatisfied with any merchandise, other than custom built products, purchased from Now Build Inc. or its affiliates you may return the item(s) within 30 days. Returns are accepted within 30 days of receipt of your order for in-store credit only. Please keep in mind that there is a 25% restocking fee for all returns, and shipping and handling are non-refundable. All returns must be received to us unused, in the original packaging, and in resalable condition. Customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Any and all returns require prior authorization before an in-store credit can be issued. Please complete the "Return Authorization Request" by clicking the link below, to request a return of your merchandise. You will receive a response to your request with in 3 business days. A copy of the original packing slip / invoice must be included with your returned material.

We have developed our custom ordering process to assist you in ordering and receiving what you need. At the time of purchase you must agree to the Terms of Service and Cancellation and Return Policy. Because of this if you are unsure of your order in any way, please wait until you are confident in your order specifications before finalizing your purchase. Orders are sent to our manufacturing facilities immediately, and cannot be canceled or changed once this happens.
